Rhododendron tomentosum, commonly known as marsh Labrador tea, northern Labrador tea, marsh rosemary, or wild rosemary, is a low flowering shrub. The flowers are small, with a five-lobed white corolla, and emit strong smell to attract bees and other pollinating insects. All parts of the plant contain poisonous terpenes that affect the central nervous system.
This collection was created in collaboration with the amazing Devon @stitches.and.science - it's her beautiful face you see in the flatlay! All of the inspiration photos are from her and her colleague, from their time in Greenland and on Baffin Island during their studies. She has a Ph.D. in geological studies and is currently working in climate policy.
PLEASE EXPECT TO WAIT 2 TO 6 WEEKS FOR YOUR YARN TO BE DYED, PACKED, and SHIPPED.
Thank you for your support and your patience.
