Refund policy

For information about whether your order qualifies for return/refund or exchange, please contact me at info@thefrostedstitch.ca, within a week of receiving the order - I will determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured, however, that customer satisfaction is incredibly important to me.

Skeins must be returned in their original (received) condition or the customer will be responsible for any loss in value. Customers are also responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will be issued once I receive the skeins, and will NOT include shipping costs.
