Terms of service

We carry both ready-to-ship (in-stock) and dyed to order product, so please NOTE which it is that you've purchased.

Ready-to-ship items are mailed within 5 to 7 days of order, unless they are being combined with another order OR alternative arrangements have been discussed. 

Dyed-to-order items are typically mailed within 4 to 6 weeks of order, BUT THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. Order load, prior engagements, and health concerns can alter the timeline slightly, but this will be communicated to you in the event it occurs.

All items are shipped through Canada Post, and when they reach a destination country it switches to the standard local provider (in the US, this is USPS; internationally will differ depending on location). Customers will be responsible for any additional customs/duties/fees that arise. I cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs. 

With the exception of ONE international shipping option (due to high costs), ALL orders are shipped with tracking information and delivery confirmation. I cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items due to improper handling during the shipping process. Contact your local postal service to file a claim for any missing/damaged items.
