This listing is for a total of 18 skeins of yarn dyed on our Deep Freeze DK base  - the amount needed to make yourself this stunning blanket! You will receive one each of the entire "Studies in the Arctic" collection (except Snow) - that is, 5 variegated skeins and 5 tonal skeins - AND 6 skeins of main (joining) colour. You can choose Snow as your MC, like the sample Mallory made, or opt for bare yarn instead (it's a bit cheaper).

Hygge (pronouced “Hue-guh”) is a Scandinavian word meaning everything that is cozy, happy, special, warm and nice. It’s used as a noun, a verb and an adjective! Mallory fell in love with the idea of hygge after reading The Little Book of Hygge: The Danish Way to Live Well by Meik Wiking. Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, skeins can differ slightly both between and within dye lots. Alternating skeins is recommended.

While I do my best to both capture and portray accurate colourways, please note that there may be differences due to monitors.

Despite fully exhausting, washing and rinsing all skeins, to remove excess dye, some bleeding may still occur. Hand washing yarn is recommended - in cold water to limit the bleeding - and lay flat to dry.
